Vranac

Vranac je autohtona sorta grožđa, smatra se najznačajnijom sortom grožđa u Crnoj Gori. Od ove sorte se proizvode suva vina jedinstvenog ukusa i karaktera. Zrna su velika i tamno obojena. Ukus vina je suptilan i pun, gubi oštrinu i razvija duži i uglađeni finiš. Vranac izuzetno dobro podnosi hrast i starenje u boci. Nakon godinu ili dve starenja, purpurna boja se razvij u intenzivnu tamnu rubinsku boju, a na mirisu se javljaju kompleksnije arome koje nagoveštavaju cimet, čokoladu, sladić, cveće, tamno voće, biljke. Zahvaljujući svojoj harmoničnoj prirodi dobro se kombinuje sa drugim sortama grožđa.
Hrana koja se slaže uz Vranac:
  • ·         Dimljeno, konzervirano ili grilovano meso,
  • ·         Salate,
  • ·         Stari sirevi snažnih ukusa.
Vranac BUK je vrhunsko crveno vino proizvedeno od grožđa autohtone sorte Vranac, probirnom berbom iz porodičnih vinograda. Suvo vino, odležalo 12 mjeseci u bačvama od francuskog hrasta. Karakterišu ga intenzivne arome crvenog šumskog voća, borovnice, kupine i šljiva, podržanih slatkim notama vanile i tamne čokolade. Proizvodnja je ograničena na 2200 flaša godišnje. Služiti na temperaturi od 18 do 20° C.

Vranac is an autochthonous grape variety, considered to be the most important grape variety in Montenegro. Of these varieties produce dry wines unique taste and character. Grains are large and dark colored. The taste of wine is subtle and full, loses sharpness and developing longer and a smooth finish. Vranac extremely well tolerated oak and aging in the bottle. After a year or two of aging, purple color develops and an intense dark ruby color, the smell occurring complex aromas the hint of cinnamon, chocolate, licorice, flowers, dark fruit, plants. Thanks to its harmonious nature combines well with other grape varieties.The food that goes well with Vranac:

  • ·         Old cheeses strong taste.


BUK VranacPremium red wine is produced from the grapes of autochthonous variety Vranac, tapping from family vineyards.
Dry wine, reared  for 12 months in a barrel of French oak. It is characterized by intense aromas of black forest fruits, blueberry, blackberries and plums, supported with sweet notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Production is limited to 2200 bottles a year. Serve at a temperature from 18 to 20 ° C.
