(MNE) Chardonnay je sorta bijelog grožđa koja je jedna od najtraženijih na svijetu. Bolje uspijeva na siromašnom zemljištu ali se prilagođava i drugim tipovima. Daje male grozdove tanke kože. Vodi porijeklo iz Burgundije (Francuska) a danas je zastupljen u vinogradima širom svijeta. Ukus Chardonnay-a podsjeća na jabuku, dinju i ananas.

BUK Chardonnay (vrhunsko suvo bijelo vino) je proizveden od grožđa istoimene sorte sa porodičnih vinograda u ataru sela Bukovika na nadmorskoj visini od 680m.

Vino je proizvedeno u kontrolisanim temperaturnim uslovima i odležalo u barik bačvama američkog hrasta, što mu daje specifičnost bukea. Proizvodnja je ograničena na 1500 flaša godišnje. Služiti na temperaturi od 8 do 10°C.

Hrana koja se slaže uz Chardonnay :

• Sve vrste ribe (osim one najmasnije),

• Riblja variva,

• Školjke,

• Masni sirevi.

(ENG) Chardonnay is a white grape variety which is one of the most sought after in the world. Better thrives on poor soil but adapts to other types. Gives small clusters of thin skin. Originates from Burgundy (France) and today is represented in the vineyards around the world. Taste Chardonnay reminiscent of apple, melon and pineapple.

BUK Chardonnay (premium dry white wine) is produced from grapes of the same variety from family vineyards in the village of Bukovik at an altitude of 680m.

The wine was manufactured under controlled temperature conditions and was lined up in American oak barrels, giving it a specific bouquet. Production is limited to 1500 bottles per year. Serve at a temperature from 8 to 10 ° C.
